About the Aspire Program
Our Aspire Program includes off-ice training and structured practice plans to help build skills more effectively and in a supportive environment. It is open to skaters 17 years old and under in Basic 5 through Free Skate 2.
Skaters receive approximately 45–50 minutes of instruction each day, combining on-ice and off-ice training.
The program focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving skills, and developing strength and conditioning, while also introducing different aspects of skating. These additions are designed to support long-term growth and healthy training habits.
